This DMCA Takedown Policy is to be used only for reporting infringing content published on
DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy and Procedures
Although our website (“Site”) is not located in the United States, we value the intellectual
property rights of copyright holders and have chosen to voluntarily follow the Notice and
Takedown procedures outlined in The Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”).
Our Site qualifies as a “Service Provider” according to 17 U.S.C. § 512(k)(1) of the DMCA, which
means it benefits from certain protections against copyright infringement claims, known as the
“safe harbor” provisions.

DMCA Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe a Notice of Claimed Infringement is incorrect or your material was wrongly
removed under the DMCA, you may submit a counter-notification per Section 512(g)(2) & (3).
This lets you dispute the removal.
Your counter-notification must be accurate; false information may result in liability.
To file a counter-notification, despite the removal in the first instance notify us by email –

Information pertinent to a counter-notification of any suspected or alleged incorrect
infringement, or material wrongly removed under the DMCA to be disputed may include some or
all of the following:
(a) a description of the removed or disabled material;
(b) the location of the material on the Site before removal (ideally with URLs);
(c) a statement that you believe the removal was a mistake, such as:
"I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the referenced material was
removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification."
(d) your physical address, phone number, and email address; and
(e) a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court where you are located
(or any U.S. district if outside the U.S.), and agreeing to accept service of process from the
person who sent the original Notice or their agent.
